Using the Client Timeline

Learn how to use the Timeline in the Client dialog

The Client Timeline acts as a hub for any related information for a specific client.

The Timeline can be accessed via the "Timeline" tab in the Client dialog.

The Client Timeline will collate the following items:

  • Notes (including client notes, and notes of the client's appointments, invoices and reports)

  • Files

  • Activity Logs

  • Communication Logs (collated from any appointments, invoices and reports)

  • Invoices

  • Quotations

  • Reports

  • Past Appointments

  • Future Appointments (Timeline will only display the next five future appointments)

As with any Timeline, you can use the sidebar to filter the results or hide collated entries.

Any notes you create for your client will also be visible within any of their appointments.
