Using the Appointment Timeline

Learn how to use the Timeline in the Appointment dialog

The Appointment Timeline acts as a hub for any related information for a specific appointment.

The Timeline can be accessed via the "Timeline" tab in the Appointment dialog.

The Appointment Timeline will collate the following items:

  • Notes (including client notes, and notes of any previous appointments within a recurring rule)

  • Files

  • Activity Logs

  • Communication Logs

  • Invoices (including invoices of any previous appointments within a recurring rule)

  • Quotations (including quotations of any previous appointments within a recurring rule)

  • Reports (including reports of any previous appointments within a recurring rule)

As with any Timeline, you can use the sidebar to filter the results or hide collated entries.

Any notes you create for your appointment will also be visible within the client's dialog, and be visible for any future appointments which exist within the same recurring rule.
