Pest Register is out of beta!

Pest Register is now ready for the beta banner to be removed. Thanks to our customers for providing great feedback about our system. We have used your feedback to fix any major problems and improve the overall usability of the system.

Pest Register is now ready for production operation, but that doesn’t mean that we have finished improving the product! We will continue to take your feedback and create the best product in the marketplace for managing your business

Next week we aim to include updated RSA forms for any customers who use them.

We are also currently testing a range of our forms that Rapids have given permission for their customers to use with the Rapids terms and conditions. These will be available next week for Rapids customers for free.

Notice for Square users

We have fixed a bug in this release where clients are unable to pay for invoices using your Square settings.
To reenable payments from clients, you are required to disconnect Square from Pest Register and then reconnect it.
You can disconnect Square by going to Settings > Providers > Payments, and then click the "Disconnect" button at the bottom right.

Notice for accounting users

As you may have noticed, we have had to temporarily disable syncing with accounting providers due to some unforeseen issues.
We have now reenabled syncing with Xero & Quickbooks. A lot of hard work is being put into getting MYOB ready for use again, so please bare with us for further updates.

If you use Xero or QuickBooks, we recommend running a sync to ensure that any changes you have made in Pest Register over the last few weeks are automatically synced back up to your provider and vice versa.

If you perform a sync and believe something is not right, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will ensure that your problems are resolved in a timely manner.

Bug Fixes:

  • Customers unable to pay for invoices using Square via Client Connect 

  • Fixed data not syncing properly from Xero & QuickBooks

  • Fixed a bug where disconnecting from a provider could throw an error
