Please note: You are only required to fill out the fields with a red * anything else is optional.

To begin creating a new Client click on the "Create" button at the bottom right hand side of the window.

First, select if your client is an individual or a business/generic client. followed by their first and last names

Now add in the primary phone number, address and email address where applicable. 

At this point you can finish creating your client OR you can click on more options to add in additional information. For the purpose of this guide, click the More options button.

If you enter an email address for this client, you can select if you would like to send an invitation to use Client Connect. For more information on Client Connect please see the How to Link a Client with Client Connect article.

You can add more than one phone number to each client. To add a new phone number click on the "New Phone" button and select which type of phone number you are adding. Now you can fill out the fields. This also applies to addresses.


Availability - Your clients availability on a 7 day basis.


Groups - If you client is part of a larger group of other clients. If you would like to learn more about creating groups you can follow the Groups Guide.


Tags - Adding Tags are useful for when you wish to easily search for related topics. For example you can add a tag saying "Bait Station" for each client with a bait station. Then, when you conduct a search it will display each client with this tag.


Notes - Here you can add a custom note for your client, for example if they have dangerous dogs or a security pin to access the property. Once you've added your note and reviewed all of the client information you can click on the "Create" button to submit the client for creation.
